Breath + Movement
Pranayama is translated into the extension of our life force energy through breath practices. Practicing pranayama enables us to quiet down the mind and teaches us to be more aware of our breathing patterns. This meditative mid morning class will allow us reconnect with our breath and calm the mind for a centered start to the day. Each practice will be explored with gentle movements that will allow us to have a deeper sense of the breath within the body. Beginners and experts alike, this class is designed for all skill levels.
